附录：
1.VIP会员付费总额5%：指参加每一次讲座的所有VIP会员的付费总额的5%。（例如，有400人参加一次讲座，每人费用为10元，付费总额是4000元，5%就是200元可以返还站长。如果一月举办5次，站长的返还款将是1000元。）
2.讲座一般时间长度是60分钟，具体日期征求会员意见确定。
3.5%返还站长的时间是每次讲座结束后立即在线转帐到站长指定的银行帐户。
4.会员必须提前在指定站点下载安装视频讲座专用软件，在开始前10分钟从指定的站点进入讲座大厅，VIP讲座会发在线邀请给VIP会员，他人无法进入。
5.站长权利和义务：权利：畅听所有讲座，终身免费，可以由他人代听，名额一个。义务：⑴广泛宣传，发动并鼓励会员积极参加，最终提高大家的英语水平。⑵积极决策策划，扩大VIP会员数量，协助开设VIP专题讲座和培训辅导，即付费用户。
6.对于协助开设VIP讲座培训有特殊贡献的站长，返还费用额度可以适当提高到10%。
7.会员付费：冲值到自己的讲座专用软件帐户或者转帐到指定的银行帐户。（另行通知）
8.每次VIP讲座费用或者价格视内容，用户群体，时间等而定。
